Junjungan's staff is very helpful and friendly, excellent . It's a good hotel with nice view(Padi Field),the room design is boutique style. If you wanna look for something out of town, definately is here. They provide free shuttle car to the town, when ever u wanna go they will arrange for you(frm 9-10pm). We tried their Balinese massage, which i think is vy good. The food is very nice here, they require you to take order for the next day breakfast.western and balinese both are very good. f you looking for a service and a quite place,i would recomend here.

We stayed 2 nights in Junjungan Hotel and it looks exactly like the pictures they featured in their website: spacious room with 4 post bed and a balcony facing the padi fields. We had trouble with our deluxe room's air condition late in the evening on our first night.Dolir was very helpful, letting us changed to one of its studio rooms, after seeking advice from the owner. Breakfast, which you need to preorder the day before, was delicious and all server/kitchen staff were very friendly. Free shuttle service to the city center was great/convenient and the 1hour massage (paid 190,000 per person) at their spa was truly wonderful. The only issue we had was the hairdryers as they were very weak and we could hardly dry our hairs in the evening after showers. Nonetheless, we would definitely recommend our friends to stay in this hotel if they ever visit Ubud.

We wish to thanks to all staff in particular for their exceptional customer service and always with a genuine smile and "you're welcome". The location was quiet with lush green surrounding. One of my favourite memories is a bike ride (about 4 bicycles available at reception) into the nearby villages and just getting closer to the everyday activities. We loved many aspects of our stay - the furnishings in our room made me want to redecorate my own home, enormous beds, the complimentary afternoon tea, free room service and our children were treated very special. The only complaint we have were the noisy frogs in the rice paddies ( just sometime ) as we were getting to sleep on the first night - but of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel. In summary, the excellent reviews are justified and we're happy to recommend his hotel as it ticked many boxes for our family. It was a pleasure to meet you Siwi and your delightful staff. Keep up the good work
